Go to the Course Section and run a search based on your needs. They could be course name keywords, categories, etc. Select the course of your choice and proceed for enrolment.
All the courses have all the prerequisites including an internet connection, pdf reader, media or flash player. Prerequisites also include languages in which the courses are offered. These are mentioned in the course description.
Yes, you can enrolfor multiple courses at the same time. We offer additional discounts in case you enrol for more than one course at a time.
After you have selected the course, fill in your details and proceed to the payment gateway. You will get enrolled, and can use the same username and password for all future courses.
The access to the course is only given after the payment has been made. For free courses and demos, you need not pay but have to register to get access.

Unfortunately, no refunds are possible. You should enrol only if you want to and are able to attend the course.
Aftersuccessful registration, you can proceed to make the payment and begin your e-learning course. In case you have any technical problem, please fill in the Contact Us form on our page or send an email to support@goaccomplish.com with details of the issue you are facing.
Post the payment, you will receive an email giving you access to the course. Please confirm your email id and go to the login page to enter the username and password you selected. Your access should be completed.

You can log on through any device which is connected to the internet. Once you login, you can access the interactive course materialswhich have voice overs and quizzes. In some courses, you will be able to download some .pdf files for you to keep and refer to later, as part of the learning experience. During the course you will be asked a few questions to check your understanding of that subject, and you will proceed further based on that.
No, you will not be able to interact with other students.
The courses are designed in a manner that they provide you with all the required knowledge in that subject. There should be no requirement for you to connect with the instructor, as you can also repeat the course content as per the guidelines.
You can log in at any time up to 15 days from the date of enrolment. After that the access to the courses will be stopped.
Yes, we have online tests available as an option, or are mandatory in some courses.
Once you complete the course, you should access the Assessment section and attempt the assessment. Please note when you are attempting the assessment, you will not have the access to the course content.
Once you have paid and completed the course you can attempt the assessment. On clearing the assessment, the Skill council or the assessment body as the case may be will issue you the certificate by email in 10 working days
You can opt for the certificate by paying for assessment and certificate. The certificate is ONLY issued in case you pass the test.
You will get maximum of 2 chances to clear the assessment. In case you are unable to clear the assessment then you would be required to pay again for the assessment.
You will receive the certificate by email on the registered email id which was used while enrolment.
You can pay for assessment and certificate together online.
In case you are unable to complete due to any reason,please fill the Contact Us form on the Contact page or send an email to support@goaccomplish.com along with the details, reason and proof for not completing. Access for additional 15 days may be given at the discretion of GO Accomplish. Customers have no legal right to this.
They are online and you have to complete the exam in a single attempt.
You can drop out or withdraw from a course but unfortunately no refunds of any fee paid will be possible.
You can attempt the Assessment and get certified. You can also enrol in another course of your choosing.
These courses are for self and skill development. You may not be able to use them towards the degree programs. However, for professional certification, you need to check with your collaborating organization if they will be recognised.
