Students will learn the FAB (Features, Advantages, Benefits) model, emphasizing the importance of understanding product details for successful sales and enhanced Customer Service. Methods to deepen product knowledge and its role in customer interactions are also covered.
Distribution Management introduces the concept of managing distribution and various Marketing Channels. Students will explore the role and functions of Intermediaries and how Distribution Channels reduce discrepancies. The course includes designing distribution strategies tailored to product types and networks, and covers the logistics involved in Inbound and Outbound Logistics.
Additionally, students will engage in a Sales Promotion Activity, applying learned concepts to real-world scenarios. This course provides the skills needed to effectively manage product information and distribution channels, crucial for optimizing retail and supply chain processes.
